- One night a long time ago my grandfather was coming home late and he heard a dreadful noise along the road. When he came to a certain bridge he felt himself being pushed into the trench and he had to kneel down to keep himself from falling. When he looked up he saw a big black coach with no horses attached to it. After a few minutes it disappeared out of sight and he was told it was the dead coach passing from one churchyard to another.
