This day however the boy was coming home with a load of hay and as they were coming out in a gaw didn't the load overturn horse and car and all. The chap ran to his neighbour's house for help and he came running in with his breath in his fist an old man met him in the door and asked him what was the hurry? "Oh" says the chap I'm after turning a load of hay come quick or me father will kill me" "oh take your time" says the ould man "and come in and sit down, besides there is no wan here at present only usself but the men will be home in a hour's time or so" so the chap went in anyhow and the ould man put down the kettle and the two got into talking about holities and they were of(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
