17/12/37 - I live in the town of Raphoe. When St Columba had the monastry in Derry some of the monks came to this town and built a church and a lot of small houses. They built a fence around the small houses so as to keep out the wild animals. Raie was the name of the fences and boive was the name of the small houses.
