docken, and the nettle. Chicken-weed is used for a sprain. You can dip the chicken-weed into warm water and bathe your leg with it. The docken can be used for a sting of a nettle. You can pull it and get the root of it. Then you can squeeze it tightly to get the juice of it and rub it on your sting. If you have rheumatism you can sting yourself all over with nettle. This will ease the pain inside and you will be cured.

There are plants used for eating also. Some of them can be used for animals, fowls, and people. Pigs eat dockens and ferns and ornes. (?) Fowls eat some of these plants too. The hens eat dockens and little turkeys are very fond of nettle porridge. People can eat Biolar. They can also make nettle broth with nettles and they can eat Sulogs, and dandelion leaves.
