Then the giant could not see but worse than all he had a magic ring and he threw it and it stuck on his toe. The Giant would ask the ring. "Where are you now" and the ring would say "I am here on his toe" and the giant was about catching the man when an old woman was standing along the road and she had a very sharp knife and she cut the toe
