Ar an leathanach seo

The grounds surrounding the hospital are very extensive and beautifully kept. They include a Sports field, huge garden and farmyard, with a large amount of pasturage. It is practically self supporting grows vegetables, crops, kills its own meat, while its milk from a special herd of cows is famous.About twelve years ago they purchased an additional farm from Mr McAllister at Ballamastone - between the New Road and the front Avenue Two years ago they bought more land from Mr Counihan at Turvey and started another farm there, where everything is most up-to-date and scientific.About three hundred attendants nurses and other workers are employed. Lots of local men have good positions there.
