To cure a wart on the hand rub a black snail to it and then hang the snail to it, and then hang the snail on a bush, when the snail has withered away the wart is cured.
If a person has the Measles and goes out under an ass three times he will be cured.
A sty on the eye will be healed by picking ten goose berry thorns and throwing one away, putting one of the nine to each each of nine mornings.
Buttermilk will cure a sting of a wasp and 'blue' will cure a sting of a bee.
