One day he said there must be a secret tunnell there because one night he forgot his coat and he left it on the working grounds.
Next morning his coat had disappeared. He said he would get to it if the tunnell was from here to hell. Next day as he was finished work he went to bed and while he was in bed his head was turned backwards. He never went out afterwards. He lived about ten years after that. Then the priest told the men to stop work so they did so, because they were coming nearer and nearer to the tunnell. Then the big hole was covered in again. No man ever ventured to dig it again. Every Fenagh man knows that there is a secret tunnell in the castle.
