- (continued from previous page)and people put money in it. There is a bush at the well. People and invalids drink three sups of the water. No stories or told about the fish in the well that we know of.
- There is one holy well in this parish. People visit it on St Peter and Pauls day on 29 th June, on the 15 th August and on the 8 th of September. Rounds are performed at the well and the rosary is said. St Patrick is mentioned in connection with this well. The well is not especially recommended for the cure(continues on next page)
