"The Green Field" is situated near the little river in Kinnagrelly. It got its name because the grass that grows there is very green. My father owns is.
The Flagger Field is situated to the North West side of the Green Field and mearning it. It got its name on account of all the flaggers that grow in it.
"The Rushy Field" got its name because it is full of rushes. It is situated near the little river in Kinnagrelly
The Hungry Rock is so called because people say that those who sit on it or even go near it will get very hungry. Nothing grows on or around it. There is an old superstition which says that those who pass it must throw a stone into it to keep from getting hungry.
