  2. In our own district are situated three forts which the people in our own district hold as haunted. One is situated in the townland of Corderlish. It is a fort with on ring around. An old woman lives with her son beside it and tell that one evening at dusk she was going to the well when she saw a wee man about two feet high dressed in a little coat knee-breeches and stockings and shoes.
At a certain period of the year lights are seen every night no only by this old woman but by others from the public road and on two occasions I have seen them myself. About half an mile from this another fort called Lisnavane. It is said that this fort is often illuminated with light and in it music and singing have been heard.
