a purse containing gold coins and keeper ? down a "stan" of gold. He was a warned not to tell the dream to anyone also that there was a man who would claim half the treasure. Before John Lane went to jig? his treasure up, he told some of the people in his own house of his dream and asked them to keep watch lest any one should interfere to claim it. He dug feverishly in the turf bank and he came on the remains of a large purse. When he opened it it was filled with bog-beans. Deeper down in the bank he came on a large "stan" but to his dismay it was also filled with bog-beans.
