One day she went into a house in Castlemore to try and sell something. when she went in she saw the woman of the house sitting down in a corner crying. The beggar-woman asked her what was wrong with her but she would not tell her. One of the children told her that they were hungry. The beggar-woman went to the nearest shop and bought a stone of meal and gave it to the children.
