Ar an leathanach seo
- On some feast days certain customs are observed in a special way by the people. On Saint Stephen's day "wren boys" go around from house to house gathering money. They dress up in different coloured clothes and they put masks on their faces so that the people will not know them. One of them plays a musical instrument and the others dance. When they have finished their dancing the people of the house give them money. Some of the "wren boys" buy food and drink with the money and they have a great feast on that night.
On Saint Patrick's day the people wear shamrock in their coats or in their hats because, when Saint Patrick was preaching the true faith to the people long ago it was with the shamrock he explained to the people how(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)- Faisnéiseoir
