There was a house north of Willie Sullivan's in Lehina that belonged to Séamus Grás. He had a hole made behind the fireplace in the gable. It was about 5 ins. in diameter and had gulleys running from it to the fire. The wind blowing through the hole kept the fire lighting. He had a slate to cover the hole if the wind became too strong.- Faisnéiseoir
