- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)to the church at eleven o'clock and the priest met her and he told her to go into the Confession box again. At about twelve o'clock the priest came out and was dressed in his vestments as before. He turned and asked was there anyone there to answer Mass and the other priest answered "yes". Then the priest started to say Mass and the other answered him. When Mass was over he dissappeared like an angel. Before he dissappeared he said that he did not celebrate that one Mass before he died.

“There is a giant buried in Carrigafooka. They call the place Direens.”
There are holly trees growing over the place where he is buried. It is said that there is gold buried with him. Some men were digging one day to get it and the minute they started digging there were stones and earth thrown at them. They could not see where they came from. They ran away and anyone never came near it again.- Bailitheoir
