The thistle, ragworth, dockleaves, groundsel, comfrey, nettle and dandelion.The thistle and ragworth and comfrey are the most harmful weeds growing in the farm. They spread rapidly, and impoverish the soil. The nettle and dockleaf grow where the land is fertile.The dockleaves will cure a nettle sting. The leaf is pound up, and the juicy pulp is applied to the injured part.Nettles are excellent for cleansing the blood, and they are also used as food for fowl.
