    coming home late, about twelve o'clock, a greyhound followed him. The greyhound wouldn't stop, and he kept following him until he came to a bridge. The greyhound then stopped. Next day the man was not the better of it. Then the man went to the priest, and told him his trouble. The priest said that it was the devil in the shape of a greyhound. The man told the priest that he was going to throw a stone at the greyhound, but the priest said that if he did,the greyhound would kill him. In a few months afterwards the man died.
