    There was a man living up near...

    There was a man living up near Upperchurch and his name was Bob Rua[?] and he was able to lift a tram of hay with two fork fulls and he was able to jump over a chariot with six horses under it.
    There was a man in Inch bog and he was cutting turf. His name was (Mick the King) and he had a barrow to put the turf into. He caught the barrow with his teeth and threw it back over his head. There was a man living in Pallas and he walked to Cappawhite a distance of twenty miles in three hours. His name was Michael Ryan.
