Saint Ciaran always prayed to God to send a hill where he wished, and after some time a hill came where he prayed. At the foot of the hill there are many holy wells, where people often get cured. There is a well that cures headaches and toothaches.
The person who gets a cure always leaves money or pins and buttons, and other things like that. There is a little well or stream going through a rock and this cures warts. There is a place where people wash their scars and it cures them. There is also another holy well for drinking out of.
