    a man named Vaughey minding his sheep a short distance from the cemetery. Some of the sheep ran into it he followed them and as he passed along he noticed the earth on a newly made grave was disturbed and at the same time he noticed a dark figure running towards the steeple his suspicions were aroused and pulling his pipe from his pocket making it look like a real revolver. He called upon it to halt "hands up or I will fire." There upon the figure came out from the steeple. It was a man whom Vaughey did not know he asked him what he was doing there and the stranger replied he was only a poor man looking for a nights shelter. Pretending to believe him Vaughey said come with me and I will give you a place to pass the night. His home was only ten minutes walk away and when he got there Vaughey invited the man in for some tea and seizing an opportunity to tell his brother to run to the village as quickly as possible for the police. These arrived in short time and great was the stranger rage when the arrested him in the name of the law. Upon investigation it was found that he had dug up the body
