  1. There is a well on Lisclogher farm in a rock. The field in which it is in is called The Long Hills. The well is in the shape of a dish and some people use it as a cure for warts. It is the best in winter time as the rock holds a certain amount of rain water. in the summer it is dry. people with warts go to this well and bring pins according to the number of warts they have on them. They rub a pin to each wart three times in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Ghost and put them into the water, and as the pins are rusting the warts go away. Many people get cured bu this well.
