There is an island on Lough Owel called Church island on which he had his own cell and Church. The ruins of another church are to be seen at Portloman down near the lake. The monastory was there too.
St Loman is buried in Portloman grave yard and a great stone was raised over him. It is to be seen now in the gripe in the Church yard.
