    called White's Meadow. It got its name from people the name of White who lived in the field long ago.
    Keating's Field
    There is a field in Killashallow belonging to Mrs. McGuire and it is called Keating's field. Long ago people by the name of Keating lived beside that field and it got it's name from them. It is not far from Float Station.
    Sall's Hill
    There is a hill beyond at Streete called "Sall's hill". The way it got its name was, an old woman by the name of Sall lived on it.
    The Whinny Hill.
    There is a hill in Fermore and it is called the whinny hill, " because whins grow on it.
