    This priest was ordained in Spain. He was hunted by the soldiers and could not say Mass. He had to say it in the hills; he used to say it on Crochawn Sagart. One day when he was saying Mass in the hills the soldiers were after him. One of the soldiers named Bobby Martin was on horse-back, he came across the top of the hill not knowing that the hill was there; he fell down from the top of the hill. He broke his neck and the horse's also; the place where he was killed is still called "Bobby'sleap" after him. This very rock is still there in Fahy's field in Carrickfinn.
