   Most Holy Mother of God be my safeguard in all temptations and dangers, comfort me in all my trials and afflictions, watch over my father and Mother and all in their care. Be with me always, O Mary, my Mother, now and especially at the hour of my death

   In honour of the Five Bleeding Wounds nailed to a tree, O mericful Jesus have pity on me.
   (Said at any time, and especially before falling to sleep.)

   I adore thee O Holy Cross, which has been adorned with the Tender and Loving Hands and Feet of my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and imbued and dyed with his Most Precious Blood. I adore Thee, O Holy God, nailed to the Cross for the love of me, again I adore thee, O Holy Cross for the love of my Lord and Saviour
