    In olden days match making was different to those times.
    When a man would be going to get married he would ask some friend to go with him to the brides house.
    The man would bring a bottle of whiskey then they would drink the whiskey and find out how much money the the bride had and if she had not enough they would steal a cow, or a pig, or a horse. Then they would name a day for the marriage and buy porter and backs of bacon for the marriage also.
    When they would be married the people would shake rice over the couple. They would come to the chapel in a horses cart
