- A lot of travellers call on my home such as tinkers, gypsies, Jews, and grocers. Tinkers come every day. Gypsies come every month. Grocers come every week. Jews come once every six months. Tinkers come walking, gypseys come in caravans, Jews come on bicycles and the grocers comes in motor-cars. (Tinkers) (Grocers) Jews come selling all sorts of dresses and coats, grocers come selling (lace and flowers) all sorts of food. Some tinkers come begging for money and food and clothes. gypsies do buy horse hair, they also buy old iron and tins and old feathers and old metals. There are also people who come in pony and trap selling all sorts of fruit. Some people have no(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
