  1. There are a few forts in the townland of Corboy. The owners of these forts are, Mr Taylor, Mr Allen, Mr Phillips and Mr Kennedy.
    The old people say that fairies dwelt in these forts some years ago, and that people were frightened while passing them.
    There is one fort in Mr Taylor's field that people say was crowded with fairies. They were supposed to have been seen night and day they were so plentiful
