Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)blessed a well there on his way to destroy the idol Crom Cruadh. There are cures in connection with this well and people go there on the 17th March and pray around the well and wash any sores they have and they also leave an offering after them viz - half penny, button, piece of clothing etc. And in recent years there have been Stations of the Cross erected by Father Laurence Cosgrove for accommodation for the people to do the Stations of the Cross.
In the burial ground of Tubberpatrick there has been a cross recently erected in remembrance of General Blake who was killed at the Battle of Ballinamuck.
