  1. I play football, hare and dog, hurley, and many other games. I like football the best. The way it is played is two teams of men are got, & each team having fifteen men. They go to a park where football is played. Each team puts a man in the gaols, and they place their men in the field. Then the ball is thrown in and each team tries to score on the other team. When they are playing half an hour they change sides. They continue on like that until the game is over, and the team that scores the most goals and points gets the match.
    The way "hare and dog" is played is a lot of children gather to a place, and two of them will be dogs and the rest of them hares. The two that are dogs follow the hares, and whatever two of the hares are caught first are the next pair of dogs. They continue playing in this manner until they tire of the game.
    The way hurley is played is two teams go to a field where hurley is played. Each team has fifteen men with a hurley stick apiece. They play for an hour, each team trying to score on the other, and the team that scores the most goals and points gets the match. When they are half an hour playing
