- Long ago there weren't many carts and the people used to walk the sow to the market and the pigs after that.
One morning a man went to the market with a sow and pigs. A man in the district bought the pigs and brought home the sow to get the pigs home without any bother.
That night he stood a long while with the man who he had bought the pigs off.
It was about nine o clock when the man started for home and on before him he saw the road full of gold soverigns.
The man had bad pockets and sooner than to let the soverigns go to loss he tied cords on his pocket and lifted them up and put them in his pocket.
When he went home his wife asked him what happened him and he said we are made(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
