- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)Easter Sunday is also a great feast day especially with the children. The children of this district give a pic-nic out in the fields. First they light a fire, then they boil eggs and make tea.
Each child brings their own eggs and these are called "Cludoges".
On "May Day" the children cut a branch from the sloe-bush. Then they get primroses and blue-bells and they tie them in little bunches with little bits of coloured strings on the sloe-bush.
Hallow-Een is also a good night because there are all sorts of games played and there are also sweet cakes made.

It is kept in the commeration of Our Lord's rising from the dead.
It is one of the greatest feasts for children for eating eggs.
