There is an old lane-way leading to the land now. There was also at the end of the tocker a house and two old girls lived in it. One by the name of Ann Furlong.
There is another field called "Ann's field" because a girl lived there by the name of Ann Furlong. There is an Ratheen in Cromogue on Miss Murphy's land. There was a sand-pit in the Raheen. In olden times people dug for it.- Collector
