  2. There are many customs on Christmas Eve. The people light candles in ever window in honour of Jesus Christ. They also leave the door open that night.
    There is mass in the chapels on that night and it is called Midnight-Mass. The people decorate their houses with holly and ivy.
    The children hang up their stockings for Santa Claus to fill them with toys.
