Ar an leathanach seo
- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)and it is said that there was a ford there once across the Shannon where the people walked when making the Long Station. The Long Station now takes three hours but in that time it took the whole day from early morning ’till dark night. The stationers on the way down used to go round St Cochlan’s Well and out to a tree in the pasture beyond the well to pray.
- There are always ghosts seen around the old castle of Doon. These old castles belong to the Mac Coughlans or the “Maws” as they were called. One night a man was going along the road(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
