- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)Each young man would bring his sister with him. The custom was usuall carried out a week or two after the wedding and the young men who attended the function were always the guests at the wedding party. Another old custom which is dying out is the "Month's Visit" which means that after been married about one month the bride usually returned to her parents' home and spent one week there on holidays. Like all the other old marriages customs this "month's visit" is also slowly dying out.
