    On Easter Sunday the children light a fire out in a field, and boil eggs on it. Then they sit down and eat them this is called a "Cludgog".
    On Hallow Eve many games are played, Snap apple- The four saucers - Blind man's buff - Burning nuts - Pegging the yarn - and many others. Snap apple is play-ed by hanging an apple from the ceiling. Then each child trys to catch it in his mouth, and the first to succeed gets the apple as a prize.
