    said to be unlucky months for marriage. Wives used to sit with their husbands on horses. A great feast is usually held in the house of the Brides parents. Men dressed in old clothes with straw ropes tied around their waist and legs, go to the house where the feast is and sing and dance to obtain money. People on horse-back used to race against each other going to the wedding feast and the person who won the race received a prize.
