Marbles,-marbles are very easily played.One of the players makes a lay and he puts a marble into it and the other stands a little bit away from it and fires at the marble.If he fails the other one gets the marble and he is one in on him.
Tops,- Tops are played on the road with a piece of a stick and a cord.
Fetching Ball,-this game is played by throwing it with your hand from one person to another.
There is a special time of the year for playing all these games.Tops are played in Spring and also skipping.marbles in Summer, Tig in Autumn and Hide-and-Go-Seek in Winter.The games we play in the house are "Mitty Mattie" and Blind Man's Buff.We play Mitty Mattie on our fingers and this is what we say ,
Mitty Mattie had a hen.
She lays eggs for gentlemen.
Sometimes one sometimes two,
Mitty Mattie's little shoe.
