  1. We have a machine churn at home. We work it by turning a handle. We also have an old churn. It is about four feet high.
    It is round in shape, but is wider at the bottom than the top. It is eighteen inches in diameter at the bottom.
    It tapers up to three and a half feet high. It is only twelve inches in diameter at that height. It then gets wider again, and is fifteen inches in diameter at the top.
