- (continued from previous page)the two swans were sailing around the River and two strange swans strolled into their territory. A fierce battle took place. This was witnessed by a huge crowd of people. The whole affair was nearly leading to a tradgedy. A lot of the spectators walked the little foot bridge to have a view at the swan's battle, when suddenly the bridge gave away and forty or fifty people fell into the River and one old woman cried out "O my bonnet is lost" as she was(continues on next page)
