    towards us, then we will certainly have rain. A bright ring around the moon is a sign of a storm. If the stars twinkle brightly we will have frost.
    The following is a verse I got from an old person,
    " A rainbow in the morning
    Is a shepherds warning
    A rainbow at night
    Is the shepherds delight"
    When an old person wants to know exactly what direction the wind is blowing from he wets a finger and holds it in the air.
