We have a griddle at home. It is made of wire. The handle of it is also made of wire. Sometimes we bake bread on the griddle. The people also made boxty long ago. It was made of potatoes and flour. The skins were taken off the potatoes first and then they were scraped with a tin. They put holes in the tin with a nail.
