  1. On the lands of John Sherlock of Cloonfeightrin is a familiar, fairy fort, and the following is a story connected with it.
    A girl of the Sherlock family, happened to sing a song on a certain night, and scarcely were the first words out of her mouth, when she heard some person outside, singing the same song.
    She sang other songs, thinking, of course, that it was only some neighbour who wished to play a joke on her, but each time, she was imitated.
