There are a few graves in the town-land of Treenrevagh and it is said that it was two young girls of the name McNulty that were buried in it. When they were unable to work for themselves there was a fever and their father and mother died. The poor children soon died of hunger and cold They were buried in one grave and it is still to be seen.
There is another grave in a field called "Caislín". There were were people buried in it during the famine. Two years ago Patrick Quinn was digging in this field and he found a lot of bones. There are a lot of flags round the graves.
There are people buried in another field called Pairc-a-leas.(?) They were buried beside a little tree and the place can still be seen.
