  1. One night three girls were returning from a dance. On going over a certain hill they had a great view of the valley before them. Not far from them they saw a great fire. Thinking it was a man making potteen, they said they would go and see him working.
    When they reached the place the fire was not to be (found) seen at all. Next day they looked at the place, but there was no signs of a fire. The people of the district never go near the place as they believe the fire was a fairy fire.
