  1. Andy Cannin, Gorinleave, Bogay, Co. Donegal used to make grates for a fire, tongs and pot hangers. There was a spinning wheel at John Gallahers, Portlough, Bogay, Co. Donegal. As far as my mother remembers he did not used it.
    James and Michael Griffin were very good thatchers. They only did a little piece of thatching every day. They lived at Newtowncunningham.
    They make baskets in this district out of sally rods. Jennie Boyd used to make baskets out of rushes. She used to live in Leitrim.
