The wine flowed freely and both men were engaged discussing politics. Eventually the subject of their talk switched on to caman. Mr. Harvey said that the best caman players were in his district and so a bet was proposed. It was decided that Mr. Harvey's tenants would play Mr. Young's tenants.
On an appointed day the teams met and the best men were picked to play.
After a well contested match, Mr. Harvey's tenants withdrew victorious.
