    called "The Lawn"
    "Grawnes" is about two miles from Tuam. It is on the Dunmore road. Long ago the races were held there. there are no races there now.
    "Ceathrú na nGairintí" is at least two miles from Tuam. (Gardenfield) It is on "Ballygaddy road". There is also a big cave there and it is said that it was made by robbers long ago.
    Cloonmore is a village outside Tuam. It is about three miles away. The Galway road leads to it. There is a large river there called "The Cloonmore river.
